What type of ore is the practical treatment of the fan-shaped chute?

The shape of the sector chute is shown in Figure 37 . Its ore supply end is wider, and the closer it is to the end of the discharge end, the smaller the cross section.

Its working principle is that when the solid content accounts for 50 % to 60 % of the slurry, the slurry enters the chute from the front end and flows to the tipping end. Since the inclination of the chute is not too large ( generally 15° to 18°) , the concentration of the slurry is large, and a very smooth ore flow can be obtained. Like other chutes, the solid material is stratified by density during the flow. The lowermost heavy minerals rub against the bottom of the chute, so the flow rate is very slow, and the upper layers of minerals are lighter, so the flow rate with water is very fast. As the chute gradually tapers, the resulting flow layers are vertically separated, with the result that the speed difference is increasing. Due to the different pulp discharge speeds of each layer, a fan surface is formed at the discharge end, which can be divided into heavy products, medium mines and light products by means of the cut-off plates.

Fan chute widely used treatment of low grade sands, iron ore is also treated fine fraction, tin tungsten ores and minerals, but not as coarse-grained high processing effect.

Fertilizer Grade Magnesium Oxide

Magnesium Oxide plays a very important role in promoting chlorophyll synthesis and improving crop quality, and can affect plant growth process, especially suitable for acidified soil.
The content of magnesium oxide in fertilizer grade is in the range of 70%-85%, and the activity requirement is not high. It can improve the soil and increase the content of magnesium in the soil.
