South Network EHV new technology won the second prize of innovation
Recently, a project of "New Technology and Engineering Application of Preventive Test for UHV DC Equipment" of Nanhui EHV Company was awarded the second prize of Technological Innovation of Energy Innovation Award of Energy Research Society of China Association for Science and Technology in 2017 (1st).
The results mainly focus on the insufficiency of project pre-test of UHVDC equipment, the difficulty of on-site implementation and the low efficiency of pre-test. The author puts forward the research on the detection of DC arrester live load, contact state diagnosis of DC bushing current-carrying structure, DC equipment preventive test of new methods and development of test equipment to optimize the converter side of the arrester leakage current detection, testing of DC grounding parameters and other test methods and improve the appropriate test equipment to effectively solve some of the existing test equipment test Not allowed, can not be measured and other industry problems, improve the accuracy of test data. For the first time, the test method and evaluation standard of double-break voltage-sharing characteristic of AC filter circuit breaker were proposed. The quantitative measurement of DC voltage distribution after circuit breaker breaking capacitive load was realized, which filled the gap of on-site evaluation of circuit breaker insulation characteristics. A total of 1 industry standard, 2 enterprise standards, 3 invention patents, 8 utility model patents and 5 high-level academic papers. The overall achievements in the international advanced level, of which, DC arrester live testing and UHVDC wall bushing current-carrying structure contact state test research results reached the international advanced level.
It is reported that the research results have been successfully applied to the preventive test of UHV DC engineering equipment such as Yun Guang and Nuozhadu and effectively enhanced the on-site testing of UHV DC equipment and achieved good economic and social benefits.
