(2) Damage to the short-circuit ring During the operation of the AC contactor, the short-circuit ring embedded in the end face of the iron core may break or fall off after multiple collisions of the iron core. Short-circuit ring breaks occur at the corners or notches outside the groove, and the breakage can be welded or replaced when repaired, and reinforced with epoxy resin.
