3. Inspection responsibility
3.1, machine, electricity maintenance posts
3.1.1. Regularly check the operation status of the equipments that are inspected daily, and actively learn from the operators about the operation of the equipment and fill in the inspection records.
3.1.2. When discovering equipment safety hazards, it must be reported to the workshop management personnel in a timely manner. After verification by the workshop, plan maintenance according to the situation.
3.1.3. If the equipment has serious hidden dangers and affects safe production, it should be handled urgently and reported to the factory in time.
3.1.4. Check whether the equipment parts are intact.
3.1.5. Check equipment operation, running, running, dripping, leaking and tidy.
3.1.6 Check the operating pressure, temperature, etc. of the equipment, and whether it is overloaded.
3.1.7. Check the lubrication of the equipment and whether the temperature of the lubrication part is within the specified range.
3.1.8. Check whether the current and voltage of large equipment are stable.
3.1.9. Do the equipment operation and inspection and maintenance records for the day.
3.1.10. Obligate to inform the operator about equipment maintenance knowledge.
3.2, post work inspection responsibility
3.2.1. Operation must use the serious attitude and scientific methods to properly use and maintain the equipment.
3.2.2. Stick to the post, check the operation of the equipment every day according to the equipment inspection route, and fill in the operation record carefully.
3.2.3. Regularly check the lubrication of the equipment. If it is found that the lubricating oil level is below the minimum limit, it should be replenished in time. If the lubricating oil is deteriorated or emulsified, it should be changed immediately.
3.2.4. Regularly check the local fastening of the equipment. If it is found that the local screw is loose, it should be handled and tightened in time.
3.2.5. Regularly check the grounding wire contact of the equipment. If it is found to be loose, it should be handled and tightened in time.
3.2.6, to maintain the equipment day, week, month, keep the equipment clean and the surrounding environment.
3.2.7. Actively support the work of the maintenance workers and timely report the operation of the equipment to the maintenance workers.
3.2.8. Strictly implement the handover system.
3.3, class (group) long inspection responsibility
3.3.1. The team leader has the responsibility for the supervision and management of the equipment operators in each position, and does not regularly check the operation status of the equipment in each position.
3.3.2. Responsible for the review of major equipment and the contact work for maintenance of patient equipment.
3.3.3. Responsible for reporting equipment troubleshooting and hidden dangers to the higher level.
3.3.4. Responsible for checking the implementation of lubrication in each post.
3.3.5. Responsible for checking the supervision of the safe operation of the equipment.
3.4, workshop director (including electromechanical workshop) inspection responsibility
3.4.1. The workshop director is responsible for the implementation of lubrication, inspection and safe operation of all equipment in the whole workshop to ensure the normal production of the whole workshop.
3.4.2. Responsible for the detailed inspection of the inspection and lubrication records, and in accordance with the status of the corresponding equipment inspection records.
3.4.3. Responsible for checking the position of operators in each position.
3.4.4. Responsible for checking bad behaviors of illegal operations and illegal operations, and standardizing employee operation management.
3.4.5. Responsible for checking the progress of the team leader's production operation plan.
3.4.6. Responsible for checking the implementation of various process indicators.
3.5, device administrator inspection responsibility
3.5.1. The equipment manager is responsible for the safe operation of the production equipment of the whole plant, and at least one inspection is performed on each workshop equipment in each shift.
3.5.2 Supervise the workshop director and team leader to implement the equipment lubrication and maintenance work.
3.5.3. Measure the temperature, current and power of large equipment from time to time to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and reduce the accident rate.
3.5.4. Responsible for supervising the correct use of lubricating oil in each position and preaching the lubrication principle to them.
3.5.5. Check the improvement of the operation records of the equipment in each workshop.
3.5.6. Check the establishment of the maintenance files of the equipment in each workshop. The replacement parts are required to be clearly defined and the cycle records are complete.
