On June 12, Taiwan Caixin Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and the Panzhihua City Government of Sichuan Province formally signed a letter of intent for investment and cooperation and plans to invest 200 million U.S. dollars to build the first CIGS (copper-indium-gallium-selenium) solar thin-film battery project in the city.
