In recent years, Ximeng has closely focused on rich coal and wind energy resources and actively introduced equipment manufacturing projects such as lignite drying and fan equipment manufacturing. In 2011, Ximeng continued to rely on its resources to vigorously promote the construction of equipment manufacturing projects. Three projects will be successively put into production during the year. They are the Chongqing sea-mounted fan assembly in Xilinhot, the manufacturing of wind turbine supporting equipment, and the production of three mechanical equipments for Xinyuan Sheng Fan Tower production. The assembly project of the marine wind turbine assembly plant has been officially put into production. During the year, it plans to produce 180 sets of 2 megawatts variable-speed constant-frequency fans, which will realize an output value of 1.5 billion yuan. Xinyuan Sheng Fan tower and steel production projects are undergoing tower installation. The main equipment has been installed. During the year, it plans to produce 180 sets of wind turbine towers and 6,000 tons of steel structures, achieving an output value of 200 million yuan. The main projects of sea-power fan equipments, plant and comprehensive building have been completed and are undergoing renovations. It plans to put into production in July, and will produce 200 sets of fan nacelle hoods and shrouds during the year, achieving an output value of 30 million yuan.
