Nearly 20 kinds of food, such as drinking water, are monitored in all directions and cover all cities and regions in the country.

At present, the “National Food Safety Risk Monitoring Plan 2013” ​​has been finalized, and comprehensive monitoring will be conducted on chemical contaminants and harmful factors in food, microorganisms and pathogenic factors in food, radioactive substances in food, and foodborne diseases.

From the scope of monitoring, it is required that the number of monitoring points set by each province (region, city) should at least account for 50% of the total number of counties (districts) in the region, and basically cover all prefectures and cities in the region.
