Three-fluid spray dryer is effective for drying barium sulfate

In order to solve the problem of barium sulfate drying, the company used the principle of pressure spray to prototype a three-fluid spray dryer and feed liquid input equipment. The high-pressure hot air was used to spray from the bottom up, and the liquid was sprayed with a three-fluid nozzle to form droplets. The droplets turn into tiny particles when they are heated. The equipment has fast drying speed, instant drying effect, no sticking to walls, no agglomeration, and the obtained product has high purity, uniform particles and good fluidity.
