Finally, the researchers also obtained the qubit output of 3D devices in a single measurement without having to rely on the average of millions of experiments, which is expected to facilitate further upgrades of the technology.
Professor Simmons said that although there are at least ten years away from large-scale quantum computers, we are systematically studying large-scale architectures, which will lead us to the commercialization of the technology.
