The nitrate salt cooling device can be turned on as needed to keep the temperature of the nitrate salt not exceeding 250 °C. It is the technical and economic indicator that the user chooses to use the diesel engine for the vehicle.
ADI has good comprehensive mechanical properties and high plasticity and high toughness at the same time. Its bending fatigue strength is roughly equivalent to that of forged steel, its contact fatigue strength is better than that of quenched steel of the same hardness, and it has good wear resistance. Secondly, due to the presence of graphite balls in the ductile iron, its vibration absorption is better than that of steel, the modulus of elasticity is lower than that of steel, and the damping coefficient is larger than that of steel, so the diesel engine noise can be significantly reduced compared with steel gears. To this end, many countries have conducted in-depth research and applied it in production. According to the needs of new product development and the successful application of foreign ADI gears, our factory started the application research of ADI gears on diesel engines in 1998.
