China's first chemical industry electrical equipment technology R&D center unveiled
China's first chemical industry electrical equipment technology R & D center was officially unveiled in Hebei Quzhou Guoyi Power Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. recently. The establishment of this technology R&D center marks a new step in the promotion of technological innovation in power equipment in China's chemical industry, and will further promote energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly power equipment in the chemical industry.
According to Luo Tie, General Manager of Guoyi Company and Director of the R&D Center, the R&D center has invested more than RMB 10 million in the early stage, mainly developing cutting-edge technologies for high-reliability, low-power, anti-jamming, modularization, and intelligentization of chemical industrial electrical switchgear. Technology, including high-performance reactive power compensation control technology, reactive power optimization control technology and reactive power compensation controller, and development of non-contact switchgear.
In recent years, Guomin Company has successively developed 13 new technologies and new products such as intelligent reactive power compensation devices and lightning-reduced reactive power automatic compensation control devices around the chemical industry. In particular, the application of the new product of reactive power automatic compensation screen developed by the company in the chemical industry shows that its automatic reactive compensation rate is over 98%, and its energy-saving efficiency is over 20%.
