V. Assembly and disassembly of the pump 1. Assembly of the pump The assembly quality of the D-type pump directly affects the normal operation of the pump, and affects the service life and performance parameters of the pump; it affects the vibration and noise of the unit, and attention should be paid to the assembly. The following points:
a. The concentricity of the fixed parts after the combination of parts is ensured by the parts manufacturing precision and assembly quality. The processing precision and surface roughness of the parts should be guaranteed, and touching and scratching are not allowed. The molybdenum disulfide used as sealant should be clean. The fastening screws and bolts should be evenly loaded.
b. The neutrality of the impeller outlet flow path and the guide vane inlet flow path is ensured by the axial dimension of each part. The neutrality of the flow path directly affects the performance of the pump, so the size of the pump cannot be arbitrarily adjusted.
c. After the pump is assembled, before turning on the packing, turn the pump rotor by hand and check whether the rotation of the pump rotor in the housing is flexible and whether the axial turbulence meets the specified requirements.
d. After the above check meets the requirements, fill the shaft seals at both ends of the pump. Note the relative position of the packing rings in the packing room.
2. The disassembly of the pump should be performed in the reverse order of the assembly. When disassembling, the manufacturing precision of the parts should be strictly protected from damage.
b. When disassembling the penetrating rod, each mid-section should be padded with a pad to avoid sinking and bending of the shaft after each mid-section stop loosens.
VI. Installation of the pump In addition to meeting the general installation technical requirements when installing the D pump, the following points should also be noted:
1. When the motor and the water pump are combined and installed, the axial end of the pump coupling should be pulled out, and the gap value of 2-3 mm is reserved, so as to ensure the axial clearance between the two couplings of the pump and the motor.
Note: Make sure that the bottom plate is leveled and the equipment is well leveled before grouting. CAUTION: To make the installation successful, the coupling adjustment must be correct and the flexible coupling cannot compensate for any significant misalignment. Misadjustments can cause rapid wear, noise, vibration, and damage to the equipment. Therefore, the coupling must be adjusted within the limits given.
Caution: Measures must be taken to support the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump to prevent excessive pump inlet and outlet loads. 2. The centerline of the pump and the motor shaft should be on the same horizontal line.

VII. Starting, running and parking of the pump (1) Starting:
Warning: For the operator's safety, do not operate beyond the pump's nameplate to avoid jeopardizing the safety of the equipment and operators. To ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the pump and other actions, refer to the instructions.
1. Before starting the pump, start the rotor and check if the rotor is flexible.
2. Check whether the motor steering is consistent with the pump's steering.
3, close the pump outlet gate valve, pressure gauge cock, with the delivery of liquid or vacuum system to exclude the suction pipe and the pump body air (non-empty start-up operation is strictly prohibited).
4. Check the tightness of the coupling bolts between the pump and the motor and the safety conditions around the pump so that the pump is ready to start.
Warning: The device can operate only after the coupling guard is installed. Ignoring this point can cause injury or death.
5. Start the pump. After the pump is running normally, open the pressure gauge cock, slowly open the outlet gate valve, and control the pump's given head according to the outlet pressure gauge reading.
(b) Operation:
1. The D-type pump balances the axial force by the internal balance mechanism. The balance device has balanced liquid flow. The balance liquid is connected to the suction section by the balance water pipe or a short pipe is set at the balance room. The balanced liquid flows to the pump through the short pipe. In order to ensure the normal operation of the pump, the balanced water pipe must not block.
2. The D-type pump rolling bearing has no cooling device. The temperature rise of the bearing reflects the assembly quality of the pump. The temperature rise of the bearing must not exceed 35°C of the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 75°C.
WARNING: Operating equipment that is not properly lubricated can cause the bearing to heat, break, stall the pump, damage the equipment, and cause personal injury to the operator.
3. There is a certain axial movement of the D-type pump rotor during operation, and the gap between the end surfaces of the two couplings of the motor and the pump should be guaranteed.
4. During the operation of the pump, the wear of the impeller, seal ring, guide vane sleeve, balance disc, and sleeve should be regularly checked. Excessive wear should be promptly replaced.
Warning: Do not attempt to repair, maintain, or clean the area near the rotating machine. Doing so may endanger the safety of the operator.
