Pure graphite packing applications summary

Pure graphite packing commonly known as "expanded graphite packing" or "flexible graphite packing", mainly by the low-sulfur expanded graphite woven, generally cotton yarn as a reinforcing material.

Pure graphite packing has a very low coefficient of friction, good thermal conductivity, chemical resistance and high resilience.

Pure graphite packing Applications:

1. Pure graphite packing can meet almost all kinds of sealing requirements;

2. Pure graphite packing is widely used in high temperature, high pressure and other harsh conditions hydrogenation plant, papermaking, power plants, oil refining, etc .;

3. Other valves, pumps, expansion joints, mixers, mixers, etc. that require effective sealing.

Special Note: Pure graphite packing can not be used for strong oxidizing media.

Pure graphite packing used as a stuffing box, it is best to add SUNWELL P500R high carbon packing ring at both ends to prevent extrusion.
