European car groups including Mercedes-Benz, Renault, and Volkswagen all have Van models, and sales are very large each year. The European commercial vehicle does not have a special category of light passengers. The commercial vehicle used to carry passengers is a branch of a subdivision product on the Van platform. In the nearly 10 years after entering our country, 90% of Nanjing Iveco is sold to the passenger transportation market every year.

A model mainly used in the logistics market was introduced to China for passenger transportation, but the original product platform cannot be changed. Today, Nanjing Iveco sells less than 10% of its total sales to the passenger market each year.

The sales volume in the passenger transport market has shrunk, but sales of Nanjing Iveco and Jiangling Transit have increased steadily at a rate of 10% or even 30% per year, and so many products have been sold to urban logistics.

With the acceleration of urbanization in China, people’s demand for daily necessities has increased. The city’s logistics vehicles have developed at a very high rate each year. In addition, large and medium cities have severe restrictions on trucks entering the city.
