In addition, the value-added of the machinery industry increased by 9% year-on-year in the first half of the year. In the month of June, the value-added of the machinery industry increased by 9.5% year-on-year. Although there have been signs of stabilizing recovery, the growth rate still fell by 7.2 points compared with January-June last year. The percentage point was 1.5% lower than the national industrial increase over the same period.

Overall, the profit growth of the machinery industry this year is sluggish. The total profit has a negative growth at the beginning of the year. From January to May, the above-scale enterprises in the machinery industry have realized a 9.85% year-on-year increase in the main operating income, and the main business income has been profited from January to May. Although the overall operating situation of the machinery industry was severe during the first half of the year, the overall structural adjustment of the machinery industry was accelerating under the influence of the market forcing mechanism. Cai Weici, vice chairman of the Federation of Machinery Industry, predicted the trend of the equipment industry in the year.
