Gearbox maintenance knowledge
The replacement cycle of the gearbox oil in the truck-mounted crane is generally based on the number of kilometers traveled or the time of use. If the manual for the vehicle is not specified, it is replaced according to the mileage of 60,000-80,000 kilometers. Customers should strictly follow the method of use and the age limit for replacement. There are two methods for replacing transmission oil:
The first is manual replacement. This method is easy to operate and takes less time, but the disadvantage is that the oil change is not complete, and only one to one-third of the time is lost. The other is that the whole process of oil change of the machine is relatively long. This kind of oil change is more thorough and can release more than 85% of the old oil.
The above two oil changing methods must be carried out under the condition that the engine is started. During the operation, it must be under the condition of a hot car, and it can be advanced for a period of time without oil change. Truck cranes are modern lifting equipment. How to maintain and use them is an important point. It can also reduce the service life and save costs.
