China's largest solar film project started

With a total investment of 300 million U.S. dollars and a registered capital of 150 million U.S. dollars, the PET film project was officially launched today in Jiangsu Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is estimated that it will be put into production at the end of 2012 and the annual output will be 7-10 million tons, which can meet the needs of the development of the domestic solar energy industry. It is reported that this project is currently the largest domestic solar cell and optical film project.

According to reports, the main partner of this project is South Korea's SKC Co., Ltd., which is the world's top 500 enterprise SK Group's largest high-end material manufacturing company, and the world's largest manufacturer of TFT-LCD optical film, leading the technology level, and the world's market share. According to the plan, on the basis of the first phase of the Nantong project, South Korea's SKC will also complete the second phase of three production lines in 2015. It is expected that it will become the world's first thin film factory.

Tungsten Scrap

Tungsten is a rare high melting point metal, which can improve the high temperature hardness of steel. Tungsten is a silver-white metal with a shape similar to steel. Tungsten has a high melting point, low vapor pressure, and low evaporation rate. The chemical properties of tungsten are very stable. It does not react with air and water at room temperature. When not heated, any concentration of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and aqua regia will not work on tungsten. When the temperature rises to 80°-100 At °C, among the above-mentioned acids, except for hydrofluoric acid, other acids have weak effects on tungsten. At room temperature, tungsten can be quickly dissolved in the mixed acid of hydrofluoric acid and concentrated nitric acid, but it does not work in alkaline solution. In the presence of air, molten alkali can oxidize tungsten to tungstate. In the presence of oxidants (NaNO3, NaNO2, KClO3, PbO2), the reaction to generate tungstate is more violent. It can combine with oxygen, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, carbon, nitrogen, sulfur, etc. at high temperature, but not with hydrogen.
