Anqing City, Anhui Province, "Civil three watch" pass rate of 100%
[China Instrument Network Instrument Industry] In order to ensure the accurate and reliable measurement of electric meters, water meters, gas meters (hereinafter referred to as "Civil Three Meters") and other measuring instruments, since November 2017, the Anqing City Administration of Industry and Commerce Within the city's scope, a one-month special supervision and inspection of metrology was carried out for the “three-for-three civilians†most closely related to the interests of consumers.

The civilian three watches are the most common and widely used measuring instruments in social production and people's lives, and they are also nationally administered measuring instruments. The accuracy and reliability of the three civil forms are directly related to the vital interests of the broad masses of the people, and it is also a matter of great importance to the harmony and stability of the society.
This special supervision and inspection, coordinated by the water supply, power supply, and gas supply departments, is carried out by the Anqing Metrology and Testing Institute and the Anhui Large-Flow Station, and randomly checks 50 water meters, electricity meters, and gas meters. After verification, all the “Civil Three Forms†of this random inspection are qualified, and the relevant responsible departments can do the first verification before the installation and the due rotation.
In the next step, the Metrology Division of Anqing City Bureau will continue to strengthen the measurement and supervision of “three civilians†and effectively safeguard the legitimate interests of consumers.
