The magnetic lock installation method and specific steps

The design of the magnetic lock is the same as that of the electromagnet. When the electric current passes through the silicon steel plate, the electromagnetic lock will generate a strong suction force to firmly attract the adsorption iron plate to achieve the effect of locking the door. As long as the small current electromagnetic lock will generate great magnetic force, the access control system that controls the electromagnetic lock power supply will identify the personnel and then turn off the power, and the electromagnetic lock will lose its suction to open the door. Magnetic locks guarantee the safety of our lives. How is it installed? How is the installation procedure?

Surface type
When the inner door is opened for surface mounting, auxiliary accessories are required to assist in the installation. A decorative high quality imported aluminum material is used to make this mounting assembly: the Z&L bracket. Each Z&L bracket contains three aluminum fittings, of which the longer one L1 is used for the distribution lock body; the other two shorter Z2 and Z3 are allocated to the iron plate. Z2 is installed on the door, there are five counterbores on the side for fixing on the door; Z3 is for fixing the iron plate, there are three holes on the side, the center hole should be with the center hole of the iron plate Alignment. The following describes the installation method.
a Place the L1 bracket in the Z&L bracket in the locked position and secure it to the door frame or wall with a tapping screw.
b Use a hex wrench to lock the lock body on the L1 bracket.
c Position the Z2 bracket on the door corresponding to the position of the L1 bracket.
d Insert the successor plate into the three holes of Z1, fix it, and then close the door so that the magnet and the successor plate are closely matched to determine the connection position of Z1 and Z2. (The relative positions of Z1 and Z2 can be adjusted according to the thickness of the door).
e Lock Z1 and Z2, and then fix the helix plate to Z1 with M8*25 Allen screw (pass the screws, iron plate, washer and rubber washer one by one).
f If it is a double door, two Z &L brackets can be used
Embedded
Embedded type (built-in) inner door and outer door are the same for embedded installation method. For wooden doors, if the size of the door rib is enough to be embedded in the lock body, the installation is very simple. Just dig a suitable slot. After the lock is buried, the screws can be locked. The general construction staff will install the lock. The door frame of the aluminum alloy door is generally hollow. For this feature, we design two installation methods.
A. Method of lining wooden blocks: Put a piece of wood of the right size as a lining in the door frame, and then lock the screws. This method is convenient and easy to install. Most of the actual installation uses this method.
B. The use of installation accessories method: This method is to use our accessories (four-hole iron plate + U-shaped iron), making installation easier.
Installation Notes: Be sure to pay attention to the size of the door ribs slightly larger than the size of the selected lock.
Glass door type
1. The installation method of aluminum alloy (or other material) package frame glass door is the same as the embedded installation of ordinary doors.
Installation Precautions Glass doors need to be equipped with an aluminum alloy frame. Since the lock suction and distance requirements are less than 6 mm, the distance from the door to the door frame is required to be less than 6 mm. The ground spring must be of stable quality, otherwise it will affect the positioning of the lock.
II.1. Installation of Glass Doors without a Frame Using UBK Brackets Accessories are required to assist in installation. The installation method is basically the same as the surface mounting method of ordinary doors, but it is different when the third step is to install the iron plate. The installation method is shown in Figure 9. Put the U-shaped groove together with the rubber cushion and the stainless steel gasket (on the side of the lock screw) on the glass door, lock the glass door with the headless Hexagonal screw, and then fix the iron plate on the U-shaped groove. For different glass door thickness and different models of electromagnetic locks, we provide different types of mounting accessories: UBK bracket.
2. Use the AB bracket to mount the AB frame with glass special glue (or double-sided tape) and fix it on the glass door, and then fix the iron plate on the bracket.
installation steps
The first step: first use a screwdriver to open the cover, and then use a hex wrench to punch the board, ready to install
The second step: take out the installation board, fold the board along the dotted line, put the board in the position where you need to lock the board, and then mark the place where you need to punch and punch it.
third step:
A After the iron plate is fixed, insert the Allen screw into the iron plate, place the rubber washer between the two metal washers, and then place it on the Hexagon screw. Insert the iron plate into the three holes in the door and insert the mushroom head from the other side of the door. Use a hex wrench to lock the iron plate on the door.
B. Fixing of the side board, the side board is fixed to the previously punched door frame with the two round head screws (fixed in the long hole of the side board). Note: Do not lock the edge plate so that it can move forward and backward to facilitate the correction of the position.
C. Correct the position of the side board so that the side board and the heel board are properly positioned so that the lock body can be in close contact with the successor plate.
D After fixing the lock body and the side plates to lock the round head screws of the side plates, lock all the countersunk screws, then remove the round head screws and drill holes in place for wiring. Finally, use a hex wrench to lock the lock body on the side plate.
Step 4: Wire according to instructions in the instructions.
Step 5: Cover the cover and insert the small aluminum cylinder into the screw hole of the lock body.
