Wu Haidong stated that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has already defined seven requirements for the development of the chemical raw material pharmaceutical industry. One is to accelerate the development of relying on high technology to improve the level of industry; the second is to promote product quality and international advanced level, to create conditions for the development of the market, increase the proportion of export of specialty raw materials; third is to give full play to the advantages of chemical raw materials to promote the production of the preparation; Fourth, mergers and reorganizations to increase industrial concentration; Fifth, to promote the development of industrial agglomeration and create a number of characteristic industrial parks; Sixth, focusing on fermentation, etc., to improve the level of clean production in the industry, strengthen pollution control, and gradually replace high-pollution products; It is to suppress low-level redundant construction and formulate key product entry conditions.
