Afterwards, the plant listed the application of lube oil plants as a key technical reform project of this year, and implemented technological transformations to the feeding system of the powder feeder, the mixing tank mixing system and the steam heating system, and used the BLS-X100 type cryogenic adsorbent instead. White clay is refined with lubricating base oil. The application effect of the adsorbent is exactly the same as the original process, and it is a low-temperature and high-efficiency adsorbent. The heating process of the heating furnace can be eliminated during the production process. It is estimated that 1800 tons of fuel gas can be saved per year, and the energy consumption of the device can be reduced by 70%. The annual increase in benefit is 1.8 million yuan.
