Type of Products: Nitrile, latex wrinkle, latex foam, latex smooth surface, PU coated and PVC coated Labor Glove. (also available for high-grade 2 color coated glove )
Knitted Glove Needed: 7/10/13/15/18 gauge cotton/polyester liner knitted gloves
Hand Mould Needed: Advanced Aluminum Hand Mould        
Heating method: by conductive oil/steam fin tube or gas burner system. (customerized in accordance with actual needs of customer)

Gloves for used in metal, glass, chemical . petroleum operators , fire works operators and electric current resistant
1:All machine movements are controlled by advanced PLC program panel. Easy to operate and control.
2:Automatic design completely according to the chemical capability of raw material and glove moulding craftwork, compact facility flow.
3:One set multiple-function labor glove machine is consisted of knitted glove drying system, coagulate dipping tank, latex/nitrile dipping tank, vibration system, level controlling system, foam /wrinkle dipping tank(optional), latex even fan, latex/nitrile uniform system, pre-vulcanization heating zone, main drying zone, stripping system,(automatic stripping machine is optional) & strip/wearing working zone.+heating ovens
4:Using advanced designed aluminum hand moulds, 4 type, S/M/L/XL is available. Hand moulds type is available for palm dipping, 3/4 dipping.
