For auto companies, because the Guide is a recommended national standard, it can be implemented or not. For consumers, because the Guide is a recommended national standard, rather than enforced, it cannot be used as the basis for rights claims. "Guide" as a recommended standard, is to allow owners to purchase a car, if you have objections to the quality of the air, you can put forward a test, if the test is not up to the standard, the owner may not buy the car. However, because the car is not up to the standard, the owner will claim compensation according to the standard after purchase. At present, with the increasingly harsh environment, people are paying more and more attention to air quality.
