2. After removing the wrecker's water pump, you can first disassemble the water pump according to the sequence of the steps in each step, clean the parts of each part that have been disassembled, and then check one by one to see if the parts are There are defects such as wear or cracks. If more serious defects must be replaced immediately.

3. If the wrecker's water seal wears out, use an emery cloth to polish it. If it is a serious degree of wear and tear, it should be promptly replaced. If the water seal seat has scratches that are more fragile, use a flat reamer or make repairs on the rim. And during the overhaul, the components of the water seal should be replaced with new ones.  

4. If the following damage on the pump body should be repaired: a length of 30 mm, there is no crack extending to the bearing seat hole, and there is a place where the flange of the cylinder head is broken. There is damage to the oil seal seat hole. The bearing of the Wrecker's water pump should not be bent more than 0.05mm, if it should be replaced immediately.

5, in the inspection of the wrecker's water pump bearings, to see if there is abnormal ringing and whether it is flexible, if this is the case, then it shows that the bearing has a problem.  

6. After the wrecker 's water pump is installed, use the hand to turn it. The pump shaft of the vehicle should be in a condition where there is no rubbing of the impeller and the pump casing and the stuck condition. Then continue to check the water pump discharge problem. If there is a fault in the water pump and the coolant will not work properly, the performance of the pump will not be fully realized.
