The research and development of the Taxi Tire Correction Factor Measurement System develops a rotation and stroke measurement system based on an inclination sensor and an infrared distance measurement module to solve the influence of centrifugal acceleration, vibration impact and installation verticality, and realizes non-coaxial installation. The rotation and rotation angles of the wheel are measured accurately; the Abbe error is measured with a round grating to correct the horizontal angle correction stroke measurement, so that the stroke measurement is more accurate and reliable, and the integrated measurement of the automobile tire correction coefficient is achieved through wireless transmission. The system solves the problems of the original measurement of the taxi's tire correction factor that requires manual operation, low efficiency, and troublesome operation.
The project obtained 1 invention patent, 1 software copyright, 2 related academic papers, and independent intellectual property rights. The device developed by the project was inspected by the Foshan City Quality Measurement Supervision and Inspection Center. The measurement accuracy of the corner module is better than ±1°, and the accuracy of the distance measurement module is better than ±(0.2%L+2mm), satisfying the JJG517 Taxi Meter Country Metrological verification requirements. The prototypes are used by users and reflect well, with obvious social benefits and application prospects. The appraisal committee believes that the results of the application of non-coaxial installation angle measurement methods in the field of metrological verification are at the international advanced level.
The “Development of a 50kNm Reference Torque Standard Machine” project developed a horizontal reference torque standard device with large torque. The appraisal committee believes that this achievement is at the international advanced level in the design of the supporting structure of the reference torque standard machine, reducing radial force and friction torque.
In addition, the appraisal committee believes that the “Projector’s Optical Performance Automatic Measurement Device R&D and Application” has reached the domestic leading level in the automatic measurement integration technology of the projector’s main optical performance.
This appraisal will give full play to the third-party science and technology evaluation role of the scientific and technological societies, enhance the society’s ability to innovate and serve, and advance the work of undertaking government transfer functions.
