Engines and cars must meet the requirements of the National IV standard. The internal combustion engine industry has begun to go all out to meet the implementation of the National IV.
In fact, in order to reduce tail gas pollution from commercial vehicles, the Ministry of Environmental Protection has planned to implement IV emission standards for commercial vehicles nationwide on July 1, 2011 and January 1, 2012. Engine manufacturers are pushing new products one after another.
The reporter learned from the market visit that many users have concerns about the implementation of the new national standard IV. Apart from questioning the upgrading of oil products, the main issues are whether the quality of the Chinese IV engine can be reliably guaranteed.
