Chengdu Xinjin New Material Industrial Zone 10 Project Commences
On October 28, 10 new projects in the Chengdu New Materials Industry Functional Area were unveiled and the groundbreaking ceremony was jointly initiated. This batch of projects is expected to reach an annual output value of more than 2.5 billion yuan, will further promote the adjustment of industrial structure, and promote the Xinjin New Materials Industry Development Base to the domestic first-class.
The 10 projects that started in a concentrated manner were all new contracts signed since July of this year and are expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of next year. The total investment of these projects is more than 1 billion yuan. After the project is completed, it will achieve an annual output value of more than 2.5 billion yuan, create more than 100 million yuan of tax revenue, and resolve the employment of more than 3,000 local laborers. It is expected that by 2015, the functional area is expected to achieve a production value of more than 30 billion yuan.
