Hongwei has been dedicated to Development and manufacture of high frequency and ultrasonic machines since here establishment in 1998. Our product line includes high frequency welding / Cutting machine, Blister packaging machine, ultrasonic welding machine and ultrasonic cleaning machine. All these products are for industrial applications.

Hongwei technology aims at simple structure, easy to use and low cost less investment.

We developed our ultrasonic cleaning machine in 2012 and mostly custom for manufacturers of electronic products, precise mechanical parts, electroplated parts, optical parts and the like. Our ultrasonic cleaning machine are designed to clean products with Tap water, purified water, water, alkaline or faintly acidic water-based solvents as cleaning agents and through spray, jet-flow, hot drip-off, bubble cleaning and other combinations, together with the appropriate drying method.

 

Applications:

 

Small batch of electronic circuit boards, electronic components, watches and clocks, parts, metal stamping parts, metal machine parts, jewelry, glasses frames, glassware, semiconductor wafers and the like

 

Features:

·         This is a fully automatic In-line multi-sink ultrasonic cleaning machine for industrial application.

·         PLC-based and human-machine interface operated

·         Equipped with re-circulating system to recycle washing liquid

·         Loading and unloading position is close, only one person can finalize loading and unloading by trolley. Each trolley is equipped with roller, which can easily realize loading and unloading work.

·         Independent electric control cabinet.
