Reasonable use of software simulation, paying attention to the actual operation in the teaching process, we found that some students are complacent after writing through several procedures, thus relaxing learning and training, and finally can only get a half-solution result, seriously affecting the quality of teaching and wasting teaching. Resources. The root of this phenomenon is that the teacher did not understand the difference between software simulation and actual processing, the gap and management problems. Because there is still a gap between software simulation and actual operation, our CNC teaching can only use software simulation to carry out initial emotional training and basic program and instruction code exercises, but can not completely put the whole teaching activity on the software, which must be processed by actual software.
