(1) The compressor should be unsealed before installation and use, and check whether there is rust on each friction surface. If so, use a fine stone to polish and clean the rust. After deblocking, each friction surface should be coated with lubricating oil.

(2) Inspect and clean the fuselage oil pool, inject clean lubricating oil, and add it to the specified height of the scale.

(3) Check and clean the oiler to check if the oiler is normal.

(4) Turn on the main water inlet pipe and adjust the pipeline. The line should be purged before switching on.

(5) 2 to 3 turns of the manual car, indicating that the compressor moving mechanism has no jam or impact.

(6) Open the venting stop valve to enable the compressor to start at no load.

(1) Observe whether the compressor is turning correctly. If the direction is wrong, stop and change the position of the terminal immediately.

(2) After driving, always pay attention to whether the reading of the oil pressure gauge is normal, whether the oil supply of the oiler is good and whether its operation is stable.

(3) Check if the waterway is unblocked.

(4) Close the venting shut-off valve (manual) step by step.

(1) Keep the lubricating oil in the oil pool and the oiler within the specified range.

(2) The oil and water condensed by the intercooler and the aftercooler should be placed every two hours, and the gas storage tank should be placed once per shift. If the humidity in the air is large, the number of venting should be increased.

(3) Attention should be paid to and check whether the readings of each pressure gauge and each thermometer are within the allowable range.

(4) Check if the oil filling device is normal, listen to the sound of the machine, and check if the outside of the suction valve is overheated.

(5) Pay attention to the temperature rise of the motor and the reading of the meter. The temperature of the motor should not exceed the allowable temperature rise of the motor.

(1) Release the turbid water in the intercooler and the gas tank.

(2) Open the exhaust vent valve to make the compressor enter the no-load operation.

(3) Disconnect the power supply and let the compressor enter the empty load operation and stop.

(4) Gradually close the inlet valve of the cooling water and close it all after about 15 minutes.

(5) In the case of low temperature in winter, the water in all levels of waterways, intercoolers and oil coolers should be discharged to avoid freezing cracks.

Under normal circumstances, the operation and stop of the compressor should be carried out at no load. In the event of sudden failure and extraordinary events, emergency stop should be realized, that is, the vent valve is not opened, and the compressor is disconnected from the power supply under load operation to stop the motor. The fault must be completely cleared after starting the operation after emergency stop.

3 general inspection and maintenance of the compressor

In order for the compressor to work properly and extend its service life, frequent maintenance and periodic inspections must be taken. It must be stated that the length of use is related to the working environment and working conditions. The time periods listed below are for general working conditions and may be extended or shortened as appropriate by the user.

(1) Check the oil level; inspect and clean the air filter, and apply the lubricating oil to the filter net after cleaning.

(2) Scrub the outside of the compressor.

312 after every 350 to 400 hours of operation

(1) Clean the suction and exhaust valves at all levels to remove grease and coke. Check the spring and replace it if it is broken, skewed or deformed.

(2) Clean the lubricating oil filter.

(3) Check and test the pressure regulator, the top open suction valve and the safety valve.

(4) Check and clean the mechanical automatic sewage device.

313 after every 2 000 hours of operation

(1) Replace the lubricating oil in the fuselage, and clean the oil pool, oil pipe, oil pump, oil filter and oil.

(1) Clean the crankshaft and the purge oil hole and check the wear of the crank neck.

(2) Clean the cylinder water circuit, release the cleaned water after washing, and then rinse it with clean water.

(3) Cleaning the intercooler, aftercooler, oil cooler, check valve and gas storage tank. After the cleaning, the water pressure test is performed. The water pressure test shall not be less than 30 min.

(4) The inspection and maintenance of the motor, exciter and switchgear can be carried out according to the relevant instructions of the supporting plant.
