FEATURES
- Two rollers work at the same time so that the production capacity is doubled.
- Maximum working speed reaches 1000 rpm.
- Automatic thread breakage detection.
- Equipped with jumbo rotary hook, decreases bobbin replacement frequency, and increases productivity.
- Unique lubricating system lubricates machine head, prolong life of the machine.
- Equipped with double needle quilting embroidery head. Needle to needle distance in X-direction is 50.8mm.
- Control System is equipped with 12-inch Color Screen Control Panel, user friendly window style display.
- Each needle can be manually switched on or off individually, with pattern size up to 50.8mm, 101.6mm plus alternative head-lock function, to do complicated patterns.
Scope of Application:
The machine can be widely used for quilts, curtain, mattress, sofa cushion, shoes, garments, bogs, car mats, foot mats, soft packages, etc.
