Yunnei Power: Resolution of the First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2012
The first temporary shareholders' meeting of Yunnei Power in 2012 was held on March 19th, 2012. The meeting adopted the on-site voting. The meeting was convened by the company's board of directors and chaired by Chairman Li Yingkun. Some directors, supervisors and senior executives of the company attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed and approved the proposal to supplement the fourth session of the board of directors of the company. It is agreed that Mr. Yang Bo will be added as a director of the fourth session of the company's board of directors. The term of office will run from the date of approval at this extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to the expiry date of the fourth session of the board of directors. The independent directors of the company issued independent opinions on the addition of Mr. Yang Bo as a director of the fourth session of the company's board of directors.
