The pattern of insufficient supply of petrochemical products in Asia is quietly changing

At the 2012 Asian Petrochemical Conference held in Bangkok, Thailand from June 20 to 21, petrochemical companies from Vietnam, the Middle East, Thailand and other countries stated that they have entered the period of concentrated release of new petrochemical production capacity in Asia. The supply of petrochemical products in the region is insufficient. The pattern is quietly changing.
According to the person in charge of the refining department of Vietnam Petrochemical Company, the company plans to invest US$8 billion to build an integrated oil refining base in Vietnam. It will include an oil refinery and a chemical plant and is expected to be completed and put into production in 2014. In recent years, Vietnam’s economy has grown rapidly and the demand for oil refining and petrochemical products has soared. It is expected that the demand for petrochemical products in Vietnam will increase at an average annual rate of 9.1% from 2012 to 2020. By 2020, Vietnam’s petrochemical production capacity can only meet its needs. 73% of demand.
Saad, the CEO of Qatar Tasweeq, stated that in recent years, the market volume of Qatar LNG, crude oil, etc. has been increasing year by year, of which 70% has flowed to China. According to the Gulf Petrochemical and Chemical Industry Association, the total investment of petrochemical projects being implemented in Middle East countries is about US$19 billion, and its petrochemical production capacity will increase from the current 112 million tons to 149 million tons in 2016. The largest increase in production capacity is Saudi Arabia, followed by the United Arab Emirates. The Middle East countries develop petrochemical industries using cheap natural gas as raw materials, and the output of petrochemical products continues to increase, and their competitiveness is also becoming stronger and stronger.
At the same time, the annual production capacity of 6.3 million tons of ethylene built in Thailand, China, South Korea, Singapore and India in the last three years will also enter the period of concentrated release of production capacity. The total production capacity of ethylene in Asia will reach 42.03 million tons. The centralized production of new naphtha crackers in Asia, coupled with the substantial increase in the output of new projects in the Middle East, will force petrochemical companies operating at full capacity to reduce operating rates last year. Some analysts say that the operating rate of Asian crackers will drop to around 85%. .
The STL water-jacketed Gold Concentrator is a kind of gravity separation equipment. It was developed by Changchun Gold Research Institute Co., Ltd. in 1985 and entered the market. At present, it has been used in many domestic and foreign companies. It is suitable for the recovery of single gold in placer gold, vein gold mines and polymetallic mines, instead of mercury plate operations. The addition of large single gold particles in the collected ore before flotation can further increase the recovery rate of gold mines, and it can also be used from gold-bearing mines. Separate single gold from flotation gold-copper concentrate and flotation gold concentrate.
The main indicators of this series of equipment basically reach the level of similar international products (such as Nielsen gold selectors, etc.). Compared with similar equipment at home and abroad, this series of equipment has the advantages of high cost performance, easy operation, and low maintenance costs.
