The metal detector is composed of two parts, the metal detector and the automatic rejecting device. Once the metal impurities into the magnetic field, the magnetic field interference, this balance is broken, two coil induced voltage cannot be offset. not offset by the induction voltage control system via amplification processing, and generate an alarm signal (metal impurity detection). The system can use the alarm signal to drive the automatic removal device, so as to eliminate the metal impurities from the production line.
