Third, anti-chip help security technical measures

17. It is strictly forbidden to have floating rafts, coal blocks, etc. in the upper part of the top beam of the lifting bracket.

18. If the top surface of the working face is broken or the end distance of the support beam exceeds the specified limit, the front frame shall be taken in time or the telescopic beam and the guard plate shall be taken in time; if the roof is broken and easy to fall, it shall be immediately after the coal cutter cuts the coal. 19. After the large piece of coal under the working surface is taken out by the scraper, it is strictly forbidden for the personnel to enter the scraper for processing. 20. Each class of the foreman and the safety supervisor shall conduct a patrol inspection of the working face. It is strictly forbidden to pass alone or close to a dangerous place.

21. When the maintenance workshop is to repair the working surface equipment or replace the bracket guard plate and the large unit:

(1) The coal mining machine must be opened to the working surface with the top plate intact and the coal wall piece not serious. Power off and lock the shearer and scraper conveyor, and open the shearer disconnector and clutch.
