Qingdao Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. Develops a New Type of Electric Controlled Open Hydraulic System for Mixing Trucks

Recently, the Qingdao Heavy Industry Technology Center has innovatively designed and successfully developed a new type of 3–5m3 electrically operated open hydraulic system for mixing trucks, which can effectively improve vehicle reliability and reduce fuel consumption.
This design changed the original hydraulic system design concept, and changed the imported axial piston pump and fixed displacement motor into double gear pump and cycloidal gear motor. The speed range was 2-18 rpm, torque was 5000Nm, and imported parts. The main parameters are the same. The reducer is replaced by the imported reducer and the domestic reducer. The manufacturing cost is reduced by 60% compared with the original closed hydraulic system. The use of dual gear pumps and cycloidal gear motors requires less cleanliness of the hydraulic oil. Effectively improve the reliability of the entire vehicle, it can also reduce engine power and reduce fuel consumption.
