"New Century Light" new cleaning ship successfully launched

Recently, the "Century Light" built by Zhejiang Huahai Shipyard was successfully launched. The ship is a New Type of cleaning ship designed by the Marine Engineering Department of the Institute of Electrical Automation of Shanghai Maritime University. The electric propulsion system adopted is the promotion and application of the Ministry of Communications science and technology project “Development of Inland River Small Ship Electric Propulsion System” undertaken by the Science Research Institute. Its main function is to salvage and collect water from the Huangpu River. The appearance of the ship's beautiful yacht has changed the image of the traditional garbage ship and blended with the scenery of Pujiang.
