Nanocrystalline barium titanate microwave hydrothermal synthesis method obtains national invention patent

The “Microwave Hydrothermal Synthesis Method of Nanocrystalline Barium Titanate” completed by the Xinjiang Institute of Physics and Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has recently been granted a national invention patent (patent number: ZL03105866.3).
The invention relates to a method for microwave hydrothermal synthesis of nanocrystalline barium titanate, which overcomes the defects existing in the current preparation process of nanometer barium titanate powder. The method has the characteristics of short reaction time, simple process flow, good crystallization, and uniform particle size distribution.
Barium titanate ceramic material has a high dielectric constant, excellent ferroelectric, piezoelectric, pressure resistance and insulation properties, and is widely used in miniature capacitors, thermistors, photoresistors, piezoelectric ceramics, etc., which are small in size and large in capacity. . Microwave hydrothermal method is a new method of nanometer powder preparation that has been researched internationally in recent years. Compared with conventional hydrothermal method, microwave hydrothermal method can control the pH value, temperature, pressure and reactant concentration in the system. Binary and multiple oxides can be prepared. The microwave accelerates the reaction process and produces a new phase in the final product to produce a powder that is crystallized and has a uniform particle size distribution.
