·Liaoning Announces New Regulations for Motor Vehicle Environmental Protection Inspection

The Liaoning Provincial Environmental Protection Agency recently announced the “Regulations on the Administration of Environmental Protection Inspection Marks for Motor Vehicles in Liaoning Province”, clarifying that new clean energy vehicles are exempt from inspection and that the environmental protection signs are not charged.
According to the "Regulations", the environmental protection mark is divided into green and yellow according to the emission standard. The environmental protection mark shall not be charged. The newly purchased clean energy vehicle and the light gasoline vehicle listed in the national environmental protection standard vehicle catalogue shall be exempted from environmental inspection. The environmental protection department directly issues the green label; other newly purchased motor vehicles are subject to environmental protection inspection and meet the emission standards for issuing green labels. The validity period of the environmental protection mark shall be consistent with the periodic inspection cycle of the motor vehicle environmental protection. For motor vehicles that have been forcibly scrapped or have been deregistered, the environmental protection department shall also promptly cancel its environmental protection mark.
It is understood that at present, Shenyang City has implemented environmental protection classification management for motor vehicles, and 13 environmental protection inspection stations can apply for environmental protection signs.

Heat Exchanger

5. Support: A support used to support a heat exchanger, usually made of steel or cast iron.
6. Import and export pipes: pipes used for medium entry and exit, usually made of metal or plastic.
7. Cleaning hole: A hole used to clean the inside of the heat exchanger, usually located on the upper or side of the heat exchanger.
8. Insulation layer: Insulation layer used to keep the temperature of the heat exchanger stable, usually made of glass wool or polyurethane foam.
