I. Overview
Intelligent distribution transformer terminal is an automatic monitoring method for low-voltage distribution network. Through the intelligent distribution terminal and the data exchange of the meter, the integrated monitoring and unified management of the station area is realized. Low pressure faults can be quickly located and handled.
The intelligent distribution terminal has 1 Ethernet port, 1 GPRS or 3G communication interface, 4 RS485 ports, 8 analog inputs, 8 switches, 2 access controls, 32 temperature and humidity sensors, and 16 Air conditioning, 15 SF6/O2 sensors, 8 alarm detectors, monitoring the temperature of 8 transformers, and can be expanded to a total of 24 lights and fan controls.
Can access a variety of smart devices, such as ventilation, dehumidifiers, heaters, smart UPS, precision air conditioning, bus cable temperature measurement, DTU, intelligent electronic fence, power meter, intelligent rainfall monitoring, cable temperature measurement and other equipment,
Detected sensors collect required power and non-battery data, and are processed by the processor in the integrated monitoring device of the intelligent distribution room and sent to the DTU to enter the power supply company's local area network. The intelligent control monitoring master station of the centralized control center The computer displays the real-time images and data of each station, and draws the historical curves of each parameter, so that the on-duty personnel can remotely monitor the operation of each station and achieve remote control. If a fault or accident occurs, an alarm screen is immediately launched and the relevant personnel are notified by SMS in time. .
Second, the function introduced
The touch screen configuration supports stand-alone management: A 7-inch TFT touch screen can be configured to allow network parameter settings, upper and lower limit settings for monitoring objects, status monitoring, and device control on the touch screen. Even if no network is available, most functions can be implemented.
The wireless temperature measurement function of the cable communicates with the wireless temperature measurement device through the RS485 interface. It can realize the wireless temperature measurement of multiple cable temperatures. The wireless temperature measurement device can cascade to achieve tens or even hundreds of cable temperature detection. The wireless temperature probe adopts ZIGBEE communication, convenient networking, large number of contacts and low power consumption. The temperature probe is battery-powered and has a service life of more than 3 years. The enhanced type can reach a service life of 5 years.
Transformer operating environment monitoring and fan linkage function: Through the RS485 interface or 4-20m analog interface, access load current, oil level and temperature sensors, to achieve running status monitoring, high temperature that automatically opens the fan to the transformer cooling function.
Equipment temperature condition monitoring: install temperature sensors in the equipment such as the panel in the power distribution room, and set alarm thresholds to monitor the operating environment temperature of the equipment in real time to avoid the failure and loss caused by overheating.
Anti-theft alarm: It can access security equipment such as infrared, perimeter, vibration, electronic fence and external air-conditioning anti-theft cable to realize the security monitoring and alarm function of power distribution room.
Environmental monitoring: Realize monitoring and alarming of indoor temperature, water leakage, humidity, smoke and other environmental conditions. And can achieve the linkage function with air conditioning, fans, lighting and other equipment.
SF6/O2 monitoring, alarm and ventilation linkage function: Through the SF6 and O2 sensors connected to the RS485 interface, the indoor SF6 and O2 concentration monitoring can be realized, and the automatic alarm can be exceeded when the threshold value is set, and the fan can be linked for ventilation.
Harmful gas H2S, corrosive gas O3 monitoring, alarm and ventilation linkage function: through the H2S and O3 sensors connected to the RS485 interface, the H2S and O3 concentration monitoring in the cable trench can be realized, the automatic threshold value exceeding the set threshold, and the linkage fan can be used for ventilation .
Light control: It can realize local and remote control of lights, linkage control and time switch.
Fan control function: It can realize the local, remote and parameter linkage fan control function, and can set 5 time periods to realize the fan's automatic opening and closing function.
Indoor air-conditioning control and temperature and humidity linkage function: Through the access to RS485 intelligent air-conditioning controller, to achieve local, remote and linkage control of air-conditioning. The air conditioner operation mode can be set at any time, including a cooling mode, a dehumidification mode, a ventilation mode, and the like. It can automatically start cooling, heating and dehumidification of air conditioners through the upper and lower limits of temperature and humidity.
Access control: The device can access up to two access control, through the card to achieve the control of the door lock, you can also achieve a central opening, temporary authorization to open the door and a series of functions. And can achieve illegal door open alarm, open the door overtime alarm, security linkage and fire linkage and other functions. If you need to control a large number of doors, you can configure the constant titanium HT300 series access controller.
Power distribution room inspection: Through the access card data on the access control, the power distribution room inspection is realized. You can set inspection routes, inspection time, SMS alarms, query records, and print reports.
Switch cabinet anti-condensation function: monitor the temperature and humidity of the switch cabinet, set the linkage parameters, through intelligent linkage control of the heater and fan, can effectively prevent condensation of the switch cabinet.

It is convenient to quickly measure the temperature of the inaccessible bus bar.
Video linkage: Through the additional installation of video surveillance equipment, to achieve the above-mentioned various alarms and the linkage function of the protection switch (knife switch) and video, and can be linked to capture photos and videos, record inquiries and other functions.
The device supports DNP3.0 communication protocol (optional). The system platform supports IEC61850, IEC60870-5-103, IEC60870-5-104 and other power communication protocols.
