Recently, Henan Diesel Engine Group Co., Ltd. issued a series of documents such as “Implementation Opinions on 6S Management”, “6S Management Implementation Plan” and “6S Management Measures”, and 6S management was officially launched in Hechai Company.

In 2005, Hechai Company plans to promote the on-site management, quality management, civilized production, safe production, fire protection and environmental protection, equipment management level and the continuous improvement of the quality of all employees through the implementation of 6S, creating a good production and operation environment. Everyone is a worker in production and management, and a creator and enjoyr of a beautiful environment. Now three pilot units – assembly plants, complete plants and large plants – have steadily advanced 6S management as required.

Hechai Company also established the 6S Management Committee with the general manager as the director. It consists of 6S Management Office and Comprehensive Professional Group, Production Management Team, Human Resources Group, Publicity Reporting Group, Quality Culture Group, Technical Reform Project Team and Economic Assessment Team. .
