The intelligent vehicle management system adopts networked, high-definition, and intelligent technologies, and integrates the barrier gate control system, effectively enriches the entrance and exit management methods, improves the intelligent level of community vehicle management, and reduces the work intensity of managers. At the same time, the community intelligent vehicle management system through docking with the public security high-definition bayonet system to achieve vehicle control and information inquiries within the city and even the province. 1. Real-name system information registration

Building intelligent vehicle management systems at community entrances and exits, real-name registration of vehicle information for community residents, including number plate number, vehicle type, owner, address, nature of use, brand model, vehicle identification code, engine number, body color, registration date, etc. Using RFID, license plate recognition and other technologies, apply for real-name vehicle passes for community residents. 2. Flexible access authorization

The system supports the vehicle white list setting function. When such vehicles enter or exit, they automatically compare the data collected by vehicle entrance and exit information collection equipment (distance non-contact RFID card readers, license plate recognition cameras, etc.) and directly link the electric railings, Access control devices, electric anti-impedance barriers and other release, no manual control, to ensure the rapid passage of white-listed vehicles and the owner's good driving experience.

For residents' temporary vehicles, visitor vehicles, and delivery vehicles, the system can, according to the actual situation, set permission settings such as the entrance and exit of vehicles, access time, etc., to automate the management of community vehicle access.

3. Real-time query control

The system supports the function of setting up blacklists for vehicles, and supports real-time query and statistics of information collected at the entrance and exit vehicles. For long-term arrears or suspect vehicles, illegal vehicles, and vehicles involved in the investigation by public security agencies, they can be set up as blacklists to conduct control and management. When the vehicle information (plate, brand, model, color, etc.) collected by the vehicle entrance and exit information collection device matches the vehicle control information in the blacklist database, prompts may be provided on the system interface or through sound and light alarms to facilitate the property management personnel and the community. The civilian police took timely measures.

4. Humanized parking service

The system supports the parking guidance function, uses magnetic induction, ultrasonic or intelligent video technology to detect the parking garage parking lot status, and statistically processes the real-time empty parking space and publishes it to the community entrance and exit, parking garage / field entrance and exit information display , to guide the driver convenient parking, to achieve personalized service.

The system supports the reverse car search function, real-time processing the video information of one or more parking spaces through the smart camera set above the parking garage/field parking space, identifying the vehicle license plate number, and sending the vehicle parking position, vehicle license plate number and other information to the system. The parking space inquiry machine is convenient for the driver to reversely check the parking position of the vehicle according to the license plate number and parking time.

The system supports the vehicle in-out information comparison function. When the vehicle drives out of a garage/field or community, it compares the data collected by the acquisition equipment with the data (plate, brand, model, color, etc.) collected when the vehicle enters the vehicle.
