Third, the installation position and flow direction

1, the measurement pipeline must be completely filled with liquid;

2. The axis of the measuring electrode must be approximately horizontal;

3, there must be a vacuum inside the pipeline will damage the flow meter lining, need special attention;

4. The flow direction of the fluid is the same as the direction of the flowmeter arrow.

5. At least 5xD (D is the inner diameter of the flowmeter) straight pipe section in front of the flowmeter, and at least 3xD (D is the inner diameter of the flowmeter) straight pipe section at the rear; for easy installation and disassembly, after the flowmeter Add pipeline expansion joints, measuring the distance between the mixing point and the flowmeter when measuring mixed liquids of different media, at least 30 × D (D is the inner diameter of the flowmeter);

6. There should be no strong electromagnetic field near the flowmeter; there should be sufficient space near the flowmeter for installation and maintenance; if there is vibration in the measurement pipeline, there should be fixed bearings on both sides of the flowmeter.
