Discussion on the type of air pressure facilities for high-voltage synchronous

(1) The low voltage 380V power supply should have no pressure release protection and be locked with the high voltage cabinet. Synchronous motor excitation power supplies are generally from industrial transformers. The transformer belt has a large load and is close to the outlet of the pressure device. The short-circuit current is large, and the short-circuit current is shorted, and the total feed must trip. The air compressor has a low voltage power failure. If the water cut protection fails to operate in time, the main motor will be burned out. In some mines, the driver did not find it in time until the motor smoked.

Therefore, the low-voltage screen power switch should have voltage loss protection. Once the power is cut off, the switch loses voltage and trips, and there is a closed point to connect the high-voltage phase jump circuit.

(2) Water cut, oil cut, and over temperature protection are not allowed. If the above situation occurs, stop the machine to find out the cause.

(3) Use the test to protect the machine from shutdown. According to Article 11 of the “Air Compressor Driver” operating procedure issued by the Coal Words (1996) No. 547 document: the water cut protection is tested once per shift; the oil pressure and over temperature protection device are tested once a week. At present, the mines are not performing well, and some mines do not try once a few months. For test convenience and to reduce unnecessary downtime, apply test protection to stop the machine. See the third section of the Coal Mine Electrical Manual, 8-6-15 -4-9. Connect one button to the 1T-4T separately. When the shift is stopped, press the button to stop. If the design and production department is in the electric contact pressure gauge, the electrical contact temperature relay itself has a test button, which makes the operation more convenient.

(4) After the air compressor has over-temperature, water-breaking and oil-breaking conditions, it will first alarm, then delay the machine stop, and stop at the same time and vent. As long as there is a fault such as over-temperature, it should be emptied first to make the air compressor empty. This will be safer and more reliable. An 8J closed point can be connected in parallel between 201D20.

(5) Delay problem of protection action. The current time delay relay for protection delay is JS7-4 airbag type time relay. It has short life, many faults and is difficult to adjust. It should use a new type of electronic time relay. The time scale is marked on the knob for easy adjustment.

The setting time of ISJ-4SJ is not specified in the Manual and the Regulations. Each mine can be determined according to the actual situation. Through practice, the delay should not exceed 10s. The temperature in the northeastern region is low. It takes a few minutes for the oil pressure to rise at the start. The relay should be set up again. When starting, the 1T is shorted. After the oil pressure rises, the relay contacts are extended. When disconnected, dial the oil pressure protection, the new time relay can be set according to the oil pressure rise time, not too long.

(6) The ground air compressor is dustproof. When designing and positioning the air compressor room, it should be closer to the manhole, but also take into account the coal dust in the industrial square, as far as possible from the ground production system, and should consider the monsoon situation and avoid the smoke. Should also pay attention to the filter dust and dust-proof links, some mines apply dust-proof oil on the filter, and regularly clean, repair, and better results.

(7) Pressure fan cooling water. The air compressor cooling system is fouled and clogged. The use of units has always been a tricky issue. If the water quality conditions are not good for a few months, it will be blocked, affecting the cooling effect, and it is easy to overheat. Manual cleaning and laborious work, the effect is not satisfactory. Electronic water treatment devices widely used in chemical, metallurgical, and boilers, or chemical cleaning should be promoted.

(8) Air compressor cooling tower. The temperature in the northeast is low, and a cooling battery should be used. In recent years, the design is all cooling towers. Some mines have been converted into reservoirs after they have been put into production. Others want to change and have serious concerns. They should make up their minds to change into reservoirs. With the cooling tower, no matter whether the motor, switch or line is faulty, it cannot be cooled, and the compressor must be stopped. Only electricity costs are tens of thousands per year. Of course, the cooling tower is still considered when the ground layout is very tight.

The underground air outlet of the air compressor will explode and even cause injury due to such accidents. The relevant departments shall organize the design, research, production, and relevant personnel of the use unit to study and solve the existing problems of China's air compressors.
